This is the second “Swim This” septet. The first was named “The Squall” (snowstorm) and can be found earlier in our list of recordings. This time we were very lucky to have Gerry Hemingway, an original “Swim This” trio member, along with visiting maestros Ingrid Laubrock, Lukas Ligeti, and Harvey Valdes in addition to the returning Andrea Parkins.

All the pieces are composed live by the group.
